Who is your patient?
79 year old male with ESRD secondary to diabetes, on HD three times a week via a left radio-cephalic AVF. He previously had a left IJ tunneled dialysis catheter with which he was dialyzed for 2 years, about 8 years ago. He also has a left sided pacemaker. For the past month, he has been having recurrent issues with left arm, face and neck swelling.
